Abstract
Soft fibroma is a benign tumor that occurs predominantly on the neck, characterized by clinically
small, flesh-colored, sessile or pedunculated papillomata and histopathologically hyperplastic epider
mis enclosing a dermal connective tissue stalk composed of collagen fibers.
Patient was a 59-year-old male showing a non tender 0.5 x 1.3 x 2.0 cm sized skin colored leaf shaped
tumor on the central part of the right sole for 3 years after trauma. Histopathologic examinations
revealed hyperplastic epidermis, telangiectatic vessels and dense collagenous fibrous tissues. There was no recurrence after exisional biopsy for 6 months.
